Developing therapies to prevent & reverse aging
We focus on cellular drivers of aging to design therapeutics that will eventually prevent & reverse age-related diseases. Developments like single-cell multi-omics, pooled perturbations, and targeted delivery systems enable us to intervene in aging processes.
From proof of concept to clinical translation
We identify aging mechanisms for which interventions have shown robust proofs of concept in mammals and have a feasible path to translation to humans.
